Court Urged to Dismiss Web Host Suit
March 31, 2008 -- ( <http://www.thewhir.com> WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- A Texas railway company's lawsuit against a Web host whose Internet message board posted satirical content should be dismissed, Public Citizen told the District Court in Tarrant County, Texas in a motion filed Friday.
