1&1 Buys Renewable Energy Credits
October 1, 2008 -- ( <http://www.thewhir.com> WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- 1&1 Internet announced it is purchasing enough Renewable Energy Certificates from the non-profit, Bonneville Environmental Foundation to match 100 percent of the electricity used at the company's Lenexa, Kansas-based facility.
