FCC Seeks Public Input On New Neutrality Rules

October 23, 2009 -- Federal Communications Commission is looking to the public to determine how it can implement rules that would codify and supplement existing Internet openness principles, which will have significant implications for telcos, Internet service providers, mobile operators, and web hosts.
