October 23, ohio 2009 — Web hosting provider PEER 1 Network Enterprises announced on Friday that 88 percent of IT decision makers do not use cloud technologies, while 39 percent said that their lack of knowledge is preventing them from adopting cloud computing, according to an independent study commissioned on PEER 1′s behalf.
