Torrent Site Mininova Has Three Months to Remove Copyrighted Material
August 26, 2009 — Quickly following a Swedish court’s ruling to take down the Pirate Bay, a Dutch civil court has ordered torrent site Mininova to remove all links to copyrighted works over the next three months or face as much as €5 million (roughly $7.16 million).
