Zayo to Buy FiberNet After RCN Withdraws Bid
July 9, 2009 — Telecom provider FiberNet Telecom Group announced on Thursday it will continue on with its May agreement to be sold to Zayo Group for $86 million, after RCN Corp.
withdrew its higher bid.
